After studying architecture Marko Vičič became a freelance designer. In 1989 he, together with two of his colleagues, Igor Arih and Vital Verlič, co-founded Futura, one of the most influential advertising agencies in Slovenia.

In 1993 Futura started cooperation with DDB Worldwide. In 1995 Futura DDB in Zagreb, Croatia, was founded. In 2000 Futura DDB takes over creative boutique Idea Company. A year later the company became a major shareholder in a web company Innovatif and it founded a new company for Public Relations Futura PR and a brand consultancy called BrandNew.

Marko got more than 100 national and international awards. In the last fifteen years Futura was named Agency of New Europe (Golden Drum) three times and Agency of the Year in Slovenia eleven times.

Damir Ciglar founded the advertising agency Imago in 1992 and he still manages it. He likes being smart and creative. In truth, Damir has decades of creative and marketing experience, some of which from foreign (but friendly) countries, as well as a number of unfinished and even a completed postgraduate studies. He also has experience as a lecturer, so he has a grain of marketing theory.

Filip Dimitrov has 12 years of experience in the advertising industry. In the agency New Moment, he is handling the key accounts and manages projects that won multiple awards such as two Cannes Lions and the title of the Agency of the Year at Golden Drum.

In his career, Dimitrov, who has two masters' degrees (in Italy, he finished his post-graduate studies in communication and management and economy and finance), has also worked as a strategic planner and a TV producer.

After completing her studies in marketing at School of Economics and Business University of Sarajevo, Nermina Kelić started her professional career in creative department of McCann Erickson Sarajevo. A year after, her curiosity moved her to media department and since then, she is on a mission of merging media and creativity into one whole.

She has been handling key clients for 8 years in McCann and later in Universal Media where she is now managing director.

One of the most important aspects of her career is tutoring and making contribution in creating better professional environment.

Ksenija Latković Kozarac leads a team of results-driven experts in setting the industry benchmarks, with focus on new services development and strong media relationships. As a managing director, she maintains a strong focus on people and culture and subsequently ensures that bold initiatives, relevant insights and innovative, market-leading performance represent the very core of OMD Croatia.

With 14 years of experience in media industry, both in media and agency leadership positions such as those at CME (Nova TV) and DMS (Initiative affiliate), Ksenija has built her reputation on high standards of her work, strong client relationships and the value she keeps delivering for her clients businesses.

Her vast and in-depth experience proves to be critical in understanding the local market opportunities and new products and services development, both ensuring constant progress and excellence for OMD.

Joško Mrndže, currently country manager at Google Adriatics, has many years of experience in sales and marketing across different businesses in Croatia and the region. He held various sales and marketing roles in its 10-year career at the Zagreb Brewery, including a board membership role. He was also a managing director of McCann Erickson Croatia, one of the leading Croatian advertising agencies, and a managing director of Blitz film and video distribution, leading film distribution company in Croatia. 

In his current role at Google he is responsible for development of Google operations in the region, supporting businesses get online and exploring the benefits of offering their goods and services through advertisement and Google applications online. 

Gordana Periškić is a marketing professional with over 20 years of experience in consumer goods industry with global and regional brands. She works as executive marketing director in Podravka since 2013. Before that, she worked for Unilever for 15 years, being in various marketing regional roles and in regional general management role. She graduated from Economic faculty in Osijek. At the moment she is finishing Executive MBA program at Cotrugli Business School in Zagreb.

Toni Tomašek is internationally one of the most experienced creative directors in the Adriatic region, working in advertising for 20 years. He has won the first and the second Cannes Lion in ex-Yugoslavia and he is still the only Slovenian creative director with two Cannes Lions.

After 12 years of managing Mediamix, which was then several times the highest ranking Slovenian agency at Cannes Lions, he moved to regional BBDO hub in 2007. Shortly afterwards it was named the Agency of the Year in Serbia and Montenegro, reached the first success at the Golden Drum Festival and became globally appraised for its work for clients such as Mercedes Benz and VIP Mobile.

Toni shortly stopped at McCann Erickson Germany as a member of global Lufthansa team before he returned back to Slovenia to join Mayer McCann. In early 2013 he joined Publicis where he is now a creative director of Publicis Groupe Slovenia (Publicis, Saatchi&Saatchi, Leo Burnett).
